Fire & EMS Calculator Library

Water Supply, Hose & Pump Calculators

77 tools covering Phase 1 (water supply and hydrants), Phase 2 (hose hydraulics and pump operations), Phase 3 (nozzles, streams, and suppression delivery), Phase 4 (building fire flow and incident size-up), Phase 5 (wildland and rural operations), Phase 6 (hazmat, decon, and exposure support), Phase 7 (EMS medication and infusion arithmetic), Phase 8 (patient assessment and clinical reference arithmetic), Phase 9 (incident command, transport, and resource planning), and Phase 10 (training, reporting, and quality assurance) - the full planned library. Every result shows its formula, assumptions, units, and limitations - this library is a planning and arithmetic aid, not a substitute for training, local SOPs, or scene assessment.

ℹVerify locally before acting. This tool is a planning and arithmetic aid, not a substitute for training, local SOPs, calibrated instruments, or scene assessment. Confirm critical values independently. Suite status: DRAFT - not yet department-approved for operational use.

About this library

This is the full planned 10-phase, 77-tool library. Phase 7 (EMS medication/infusion arithmetic) and Phase 8 (patient assessment/clinical reference arithmetic) were built with no medication, concentration, dose-per-kg, maximum dose, drop factor, or protocol interval built into the tools - every one of those values is a required field you enter yourself from your own agency's approved protocol, and the tools perform arithmetic/flagging only (they never select, suggest, or recommend a drug or a dose). Tools 57, 62, and 63 similarly perform standard published measurement/documentation math only, with no scoring table or treatment/disposition decision embedded. As with every phase, these tools remain DRAFT status - verify locally and obtain your agency's own sign-off before relying on them operationally.

  • Suite status: DRAFT - not yet department-approved for operational use
  • Suite version: 1.0.0, effective 2026-10-25
  • Hose coefficients, nozzle constants, and fire-flow method factors are generic training-reference defaults - see config/formulas-config.cfm - and need department sign-off before operational use.
