Hose Diameter Flow Comparison

Given a pressure budget available for friction loss and a length, shows how much flow each configured hose diameter can support (solved from FL = C x (Q/100)^2 x (L/100)).

ℹVerify locally before acting. This tool is a planning and arithmetic aid, not a substitute for training, local SOPs, calibrated instruments, or scene assessment. Confirm critical values independently. Suite status: DRAFT - not yet department-approved for operational use.
When you'd use this: Deciding which hose size to stretch for a given distance - compare how much flow 1.75", 2.5", and large-diameter hose could each support at the same friction-loss budget before picking the lay.
