Relay Series Pump Planner

For each pump in a relay series (closest to the next pump listed first), computes the required outlet pressure from the next pump's required inlet plus this segment's friction loss and elevation. Flags any pump whose required outlet exceeds its configured maximum discharge.

ℹVerify locally before acting. This tool is a planning and arithmetic aid, not a substitute for training, local SOPs, calibrated instruments, or scene assessment. Confirm critical values independently. Suite status: DRAFT - not yet department-approved for operational use.
When you'd use this: Setting up a multi-pump relay over a long rural stretch - work backward from the attack pumper to find the discharge pressure each pump further up the chain needs to maintain.
