Wildland Tank Water Duration

Minutes = (tank level - reserve) / flow. This is flowing time only; time spent moving between water points is not included.

ℹVerify locally before acting. This tool is a planning and arithmetic aid, not a substitute for training, local SOPs, calibrated instruments, or scene assessment. Confirm critical values independently. Suite status: DRAFT - not yet department-approved for operational use.
When you'd use this: A brush truck or skid unit drawing from its own tank on a wildland or rural fire - estimate how many minutes of flowing time remain at the planned attack flow, with a reserve held back.
