Water Demand and Supply Gap

Compares estimated demand against reliable supply. A positive gap means unmet estimated demand. Confirm both figures use the same units and pressure/flow basis before comparing.

ℹVerify locally before acting. This tool is a planning and arithmetic aid, not a substitute for training, local SOPs, calibrated instruments, or scene assessment. Confirm critical values independently. Suite status: DRAFT - not yet department-approved for operational use.
When you'd use this: Comparing a computed fire-flow demand against what the known water system or tanker shuttle can reliably deliver, to flag a shortfall during pre-planning rather than discovering it during an incident.
